Solid machine. Quality is good but finish isn’t perfect in a couple of places where frame has been cut and rough edges exist. This does not affect the working of the machine at all and it’s not something you’d notice right away. A little more quality control at their end may help this but overall very good. The machine is painted very well and appears durable. Was packaged well in its crate. Came with no documentation at all so you have to figure it out but not too hard if you’re competent. I ordered mine with a DSP for offline control and a quick google search found a manual for it (Digital Dream DM500). Wiring is done neatly and well labeled. If you have a water cooled spindle as I do, you will need to wire it up just like your machine. I wired mine to an output for coolant so will run when spindle does. Just need to configure in your post process. Very good machine and excellent service. I will be putting it through its paces and if all well then I will probably order more.

CO2 laser machine, this is a great laser. Nice quality and quite quick! It was packaged very well and arrived with no issues. The software is easy to use, with no learning curve. It comes with everything, including exhaust fan, hose, and even hose clamps. The chiller is also very high quality.
